Church Covenant.

How Do I Become A Member ?

You may be admitted into the New Warner Chapel Primitive Baptist Church membership by: Baptism, Christian Experience, or by Letter.

Conditions of Membership

1. A Regenerated Heart

To be born again, a new creature in Christ Jesus, accepting Him as Lord in their lives.

2. A Confession of Faith

“For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:10)

3. Reception of Baptism

This symbolic act declares that a person is dead to the world of sin, buried and raised up to the newness of life through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. The baptism is by submersion in water.

4. A Christian Life

An external Christian life must corroborate the profession of an internal Christian faith.

How Should I Dress?

We have no formal dress code. We desire for both men and women to dress modestly without offending one another. Wardrobe selections can be stumbling blocks for some, so we encourage everyone to be comfortable and dress without the pressure of performance.

As Someone New To The Church, Are There Expectations Of Me?
Our expectation is that people would find the exact place they fit in the body of Christ. However, if God has led a person or family to NWC to make our church their home, then we desire for them to plug in and get connected by making themselves available to meet the pastors, other people and be introduced to the ministries at the church. We would love for every person attending to plug in when they are ready.
Do You Require Members To Be At Church Every Sunday?
We encourage all people to make Sunday morning a priority but we understand there are certain things which hinder the ability for Sunday morning attendance. A person affirms their connection to a church through their attendance, giving and volunteering. It is imperative these three things be high on the priority list in order to honor God and be a part of the local church.
When Do You Have Communion And Who Is Allowed To Partake?
Holy Communion is taken on the first Sunday of each month. The Communion table is open to all who are baptized
